I was wondering if any of the boys that race for Team Smarties have ever had a Claim to Fame that they could tell us about, or has anybody got there own ideas what they think would be a good or humorous Claim to Fame for any of the boys. I will go with the first 1. Not many people know this but our very own Perkster's Claim to Fame is in 1983-84, he won the...... World Shirt Ironing title with a then World record of 17 immaculately ironed shirts in a 30 minute period, he was on for a double that day as he took runner up spot in the trouser pressing class, he was close to winning it but left a slight scorch mark on his final pair of trousers. Mad but True.. (allegedly) My Payback !! Got it !! I've Looked high 'n' Low for this, all over the Net even Googled it !!!! Founds HOPPO's Claim to Fame ................... We all know about his brief football carrier, we all know that he sat with a famous SKA band while at school and we all know about his cool art work...... But what you did'nt know was thet the original MONA LISA was painted by him.... Yes thats right the 16th Century Portrait was one of his... that would put him in his early teen's when he painted it.... so Claim no 5, MONA LISA Painter ( allegedly )
